On the 25th of February Andris Teikmanis, the Latvian Ambassador to the USA, visited Riga Aeronautical Institute flight training base in Florida - the pilot school Pelican Flight Training.
During the visit Mr. Teikmanis got acquainted with the school training process and its technical base. He also had a possibility to meet with school instructors and students
