The 35 STUDENT SCIENTIFIC-PRACTICAL CONFERENCE "ENGINEER SCIENCES, DIGITIZATION AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES IN LOGISTICS SYSTEMS’ MANAGEMENT"

In scope of scientific and practical conference organized by RAI the students will present the results of their scientific research in the field of international transport services: challenges and trends in the spheres of aircraft technical maintenance management, logistics organization and planning, including safety issues of different types of transport technologies and innovations in engineer sciences.

At Riga Aeronautical Institute, the educational course series “Current Profession” was successfully held, aiming to introduce students to in-demand careers in aviation, engineering, and logistics.

The Ambassador of Latvia to the United States, Elita Kuzma, together with economic counselor Anete Kārkliņa-Lurope , visited Pelican Flight School, where she met with representatives of the Riga Aeronautical Institute (RAI) and the flight school team.

From February 19 to 21, the Riga Aeronautical Institute (RAI) took part in the educational exhibition “School 2026,” one of the most significant events of its kind in Latvia. During the opening ceremony, the Rector of RAI, Ilmārs Blumbergs, participated in the campaign "Climb Together with Skola!" He presented a symbolic toy tower representing timeless values in education and the gradual development of studies. The tower's elements were arranged to resemble an air traffic control tower—the heart of air navigation—reflecting the Institute's oldest study program.

From February 17 to 18, the Riga Aeronautical Institute (RAI) held the defense of bachelor's and master's theses. Students from several study programs participated in the defense process. 

From February 18 to February 21, 2024, the Riga Aeronautical Institute will take part in the education exhibition “School 2026”, which will be held in Riga, at the Kipsala exhibition complex. 

On the 7th of February, Riga Aeronautical Institute organizes OPEN DOOR DAY. 

The visitors will have a possibility to ask questions about enrollment and study opportunities. They will also have a possibility to see the RAI premises.  All interested are welcome!!!
